What is Whosta, exactly?+
Whosta connects your WooCommerce or Shopify store to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask questions about your business in plain language — by typing or speaking — instead of digging through dashboards and reports.
Is my store data safe?+
Your store credentials are encrypted before they're stored, and are only used to fetch the data needed to answer your questions. Whosta never makes changes to your store unless you explicitly approve an action.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. If you can find your store's API key in its settings and paste it into a form, you can set up Whosta yourself. The whole process takes about three minutes.
Which platforms do you support?+
WooCommerce is fully supported today. Shopify support is in active development. We're also expanding to bring in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads data, so you can get one combined view of your whole business, not just your store.
Can I really ask questions by voice?+
Yes. Once connected, Whosta works inside Claude and ChatGPT's own voice features — speak your question naturally, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or English, and hear the answer read back to you.
Can Whosta make changes to my store, like updating prices?+
Not yet. Today, Whosta only reads your store's data — it can't change anything. Approved actions, like updating stock or prices with your confirmation, are planned for a future release.
What happens if I cancel?+
You can disconnect your store and cancel any time from your dashboard. There's no lock-in, and your store data is removed from Whosta once you disconnect.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Starter plan is free, with one connected store and up to 100 questions a month — enough to try Whosta properly before deciding if you need more.
